Welcome to Deltashades.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom window treatments. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.


Custom manufacturing & final sale policy

All Deltashades.com products are custom-made to the specific measurements, colors, and options you provide. Because these items cannot be resold, all sales are final. Color variations due to monitor settings, lighting, or dye lot differences are not considered defects.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted once an order has entered production unless:

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing error.
  • The product is made incorrectly due to our error.


Defective product policy

If you believe your product is defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the defect.
  • Upon verification, we will repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you, including shipping.
  • We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective.

Customer measurement/installation errors

All diagrams, illustration, and illustration guides provided by Deltashades.com are for general guidance only and may not reflect every possible situation, including but not limited to, window, wall type, or mounting scenarios

Measurement Errors

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and specifications. Deltashades.com is not liable for products that do not fit due to incorrect customer input. We strongly recommend following our Measurement Guides before ordering.

Installation Errors

The Customer is solely responsible for determining whether their mounting surface, wall type, window frame, or surrounding area is suitable for installation. Deltashades.com is not liable for damage to walls, windows, frames or property resulting from installation. We strongly recommend following our Installation Guide before Installing.


Order cancellations & changes

Because all orders are custom-made, you have 24 hours from order placement to request changes or cancellations.
After 24 hours:

  • Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.


Shipping & risk of loss

  • Territory: We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.
    Shipments cannot be made to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes), Army Post Office addresses (APO), or Fleet Post Office addresses (FPO).
  • Freight Forwarders: If a customer uses a third-party shipping service, our liability ends once the package is delivered to the initial U.S. address.
  • Claims: Damage during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and product.

Limitation of liability

Deltashades.com liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not responsible for incidental costs, including but not limited to, professional installation, re-measurement fees, or damage to home surfaces during installation.

Deltashades.com is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

  • Information We Collect
    • We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, shipping address, email, and payment details when you place an order. We also collect browsing data (cookies) to improve your shopping experience.

    • To process and ship your custom orders.
    • To provide customer support and warranty assistance.
    • To send order updates and promotional offers (you may opt-out at any time).
  • Data Security
    • We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers; payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways.
  • Third-Party Sharing
    • We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted partners necessary to run our business, such as shipping carriers (FedEx/UPS) and manufacturing partners.
  • Your Rights
    • You may contact us at any time to request a copy of your data or to ask that your personal information be deleted from our marketing lists.


Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed these Terms & Conditions in full.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.
  • You understand that custom products are final sale except as stated herein.
  • You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with measuring, ordering, and installing custom window treatments.
 
(✓) Custom Orders = Final Sale — No returns or refunds unless defective or made incorrectly.
(✓) 7-Day  Notification Defect Guarantee — We’ll repair or replace at no cost if there’s a manufacturing issue as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
(✓) 24-Hour Change Window — You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours.
(✓) U.S. Only — We ship exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States. No PO Bixes, and APO’s/FPO’s. No international orders or returns accepted
